The Georgia Senior Living Association (GSLA) held its annual conference and trade show October 25-26 at the Infinite Energy Center-Forum, and Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta was there both as a sponsor and exhibitor.

GSLA’s theme for this conference was “Delivering Excellence: One Resident at a Time.” This is a very relevant topic, as overall customer service seems to be fading everywhere. With session topics focusing on technology, productivity, culture, leadership and management, the attendees learned how to focus on the resident as their service product.
Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta was there to say hello to current customers and meet potential new ones. We presented consulting expertise and samples of multiple packaging options. We also introduced a new independent living program now available to communities that offers a safer alternative than residents obtaining medication on their own. We even had some fun and even played pharmacy Jeopardy with conference attendees!
