Training Space has been an issue in the past for Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta. We could not comfortably seat staff for our CMA and Proxy training courses.
Our communities stepped up and have been wonderful to act as hosts for our training over the last couple of years. For that, we give our sincere thanks to them! Now the need for space at Guardian Pharmacy is no longer an issue.
In July, we held our first classes in our brand new space at the pharmacy. The entire pharmacy has expanded, and that included a new training classroom.

It can comfortably seat between 40-50 people, and we can teach, train or host social gatherings and meetings. We have already held a 2 day CMA course, a Proxy course, and hosted an afternoon meet and greet with one of our corporate partner communities.
We have plans to hold other classes, such as Train the Trainer and Resident Care Director Training. We also plan to allow our corporate partners to utilize our space for their meetings. For them, it serves two purposes in providing a centrally located, comfortable training space and allows touring of the pharmacy operation and introduction of our staff.
Education and training is a vital part of our service to our clients. At Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta, we are proud of our excellent courses and training. Now we can provide all of our services under one roof.
