Guardian Pharmacy Services provides support for all of the Guardian pharmacies in our company. The accounting office gave some extra support for Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta this month.
The accounting office at Guardian Pharmacy Services wanted to be able to give back to the residents and seniors that we all service every day. They scheduled teams of staff to give volunteer time to some assisted living and personal care communities in the metro area. Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta was more than happy to have them visit some of our clients and give an extra special personal touch.
We arranged to have jewelry making for two communities. The Guardian pharmacy services staff began with a tour of each community, then got to work helping residents make beautiful bracelets and necklaces. The residents LOVED the young staff, all the extra attention, and even asked if they could come back tomorrow. We finished the activity with a delicious snack.
While volunteering gives back to the recipient, it also gives twice as much to the volunteers. Guardian Pharmacy Services accounting department learned all about what their hard work supports every day. They got to talk to and work with some of our wonderful clients at Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta. Thank you to them for a great day!
