With Fall right around the corner, it is the perfect time to introduce Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta’s New Account Manager, Olivia Howard. Fall is her favorite time of year, and she was born on Thanksgiving Day!
Olivia has worked in several management positions both at Chick Fil A and Wilson Pharmacy in Forest Park. She was with Chick Fil A for five years. Having a strong desire to help others, she left and took a job with Wilson Pharmacy. She spent 8 years there, and became certified as a pharmacy technician. When Guardian Atlanta acquired Wilson Pharmacy in November 2015, Olivia became a Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta Data entry technician. She moved over to the Cycle Fill team, then, this past July, became the new Account Manager.
Olivia’s duties include organizing and teaching Quickmar classes, assisting the clinical consultants with community audits, organizing and communicating with key members in the pharmacy and community during onboarding and transitioning of new communities, participating in community Family nights and other Special events, visiting community clients to resolve issues and building personal individual relationships with Guardian clients.
When she is not busy at Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta, she enjoys playing with her two fur babies, reading a good book, spending time outdoors, and dancing.
Olivia says “I want to provide the best service possible, and educate our Caregivers, Residents, and Family Members on Guardian’s pharmacy services. For all of our clients, I want them to feel like we are their protector, guide, and friend. I hope to achieve personal connections and build bonds between the pharmacy and the communities.”
